APPLICATION

INGLEWOOD FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS (IFOTA)

VENDOR/EXHIBIT BOOTH INFORMATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES (TERMS AND CONDITIONS)

  1. ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION: If your application is not accepted your card will not be charged and your check will be returned immediately. If you cancel on or before August 7th, your fee will be refunded minus a 15% administration fee. If you cancel after August 7th, your total fee will be retained. If the event is canceled for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

  2. INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS: All vendors will be responsible for their own tents/canopies, tables, chairs, or any other equipment necessary.  All exhibitors will be provided two(2)vendor/festival passes.  Additional passes may be purchased for $49.99 each. Availability of ice on the premises is not guaranteed; food/drink vendors should contact IFOTA prior to the event to determine availability of ice. VENDORS ARE PROHIBITED FROM SELLING WATER.

  3. TAXES & PERMITS: It is the Exhibitor’s responsibility to collect and pay any required local and state taxes. All food vendors are responsible for maintaining required health department permits, as required by law.

  4. SCHEDULE:  Setup time for all exhibitors is on Saturday from 9am to 10:30am. Teardown must be completed before 10pm.

  5. LIABILITY: Exhibitor agrees that all Exhibitor’s personal property, supplies, equipment, and merchandise in or around the Festival shall be at Exhibitor’s sole risk and hazard of Exhibitor’s operation, or those claiming by, through, or under Exhibitor’s Management. As a booth operator, Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and save Inglewood Festival of the Arts, Players Philanthropy Fund (PPF), their officers, managers, agents, employees, or volunteers, and the City of Inglewood harmless from any and all liability, damage, expenses, cause of action, suits, claims, or judgments arising from injury to persons or property within and on the site of the Inglewood Festival of the Arts which arises out of the act, or failure to act, or negligence of the booth operator, its guest, employees, staff, or customers. Exhibitor accepts all policies herein and assumes full responsibility of Exhibitor’s booth.

  6. INSURANCE: Exhibitors are required to secure and pay for liability insurance in order to protect themselves, Inglewood Festival of the Arts, Players Philanthropy Fund (PPF) and the City of Inglewood with regards to the operations of the Exhibitor. All exhibitors will be required to show proof of insurance prior to entry to the park.

  7. All vendors selling goods must have a tax registration/business license with the City of Inglewood. Completion of the attached form is required. Call the number on the form for fee information.

  8. All permits and licenses are due to Inglewood Festival of the Arts by August 7, 2019. Failure to submit the necessary paperwork by the due date will result in forfeiture of your booth fee.

  9. Walker Family Events Foundation dba Inglewood Festival of the Arts (“WFEF:IFA") is operating through a fiscal sponsorship with Players Philanthropy Fund (Federal Tax ID: 27-6601178), a Maryland charitable trust with federal tax-exempt status as a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to WFEF:IFA are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
